Examples of Our Work

Change to us is strictly a verb and translates into our capacity to modify the rules of the game rather than just helping our clients overcome one obstacle only.  It is our ability to think ahead, merging our creativity with scientific rigor, that helps our clients create sustainable value.

Our assignments are always challenging and involve all aspects of our clients’ business.  That’s why, for each project, we assemble and deploy one ad-hoc team that draws resources internally from its members and colleagues, and externally, through our partner firms.

These are some case studies: The identity of the organizations have been kept confidential to respect the confidentiality of our clients. References can be provided upon request.

Team Work
A large European company operating in the metallurgical industry was at risk of losing production capacity and marginal profitability. The company's Director of Strategic Purchase turned to us for help and explained that raw materials, traded daily, were becoming dangerously expensive in their domestic market.
Turn Around… or Come About with Change
Eighty years of operations, over 200 employees under Unions and extremely dedicated individuals did not seem to be enough to save this Illinois Company from bankruptcy. No matter how hard they tried, they had accumulated more than $12MM in losses in 5 years.
It’s Never too Early for a Good Idea
Innovative creativity, executive drawings, and passion were the driving forces behind this French designer working out of his studio in New York. After years spent developing his products and some sporadic sales via personal shoppers, he was faced with a wall: great potentials and no resources.
Competitors? Not Necessarily
The CFO of this industrial supplies company did not have much to celebrate at the Holidays corporate party: for the third consecutive year his reports were showing a shrinking market share and a less-than-desirable bottom line.
An Example of Our Research Institute
Georgia, USA: the MD of a real estate developing company sees an extremely valuable opportunity, has a plan and the right team but needs funds to get the project started. She needs to find reliable investors.
Going to Canada? We Say No
A young Italian fashion company, selling through its own stores as well as department stores and boutiques, felt very strong about their products and wanted to expand to North America. Their preferred landing territory was Quebec, Canada.
