A young Italian fashion company, selling through its own stores as well as department stores and boutiques, felt very strong about their products and wanted to expand to North America. Their preferred landing territory was Quebec, Canada. When Intelligent Information Really Matter Our detailed feasibility study showed us that the original plan would have caused the client to fail the project and lose money.
