It’s Never too Early for a Good Idea

Innovative creativity, executive drawings, and passion were the driving forces behind this French designer working out of his studio in New York.  After years spent developing his products and some sporadic sales via personal shoppers, he was faced with a wall: great potentials and no resources.  He needed guidance, management and a cash infusion.

Our Work

Our primary and secondary level market research coupled with a segment and supply chain analysis as well as financial modeling enabled us to develop an executable business plan and guide him through the financing process. 

During the implementation phase, which included procurement optimization and supply chain engineering, we also helped the client create a corporate image and develop a corporate culture. 

Turning a Business into a Solid Company

Three years after our initial engagement, the designer was no longer a sole-proprietor but the Creative Director of Couture House operating in the international high-end market of exotic skins products.  Our Plan of Actions immediately delivered results: enabled the company to streamline the manufacturing process, attract investors, grow organically in the local market and expand its revenue stream internationally.

Today the company is a growing Couture House with an efficient Board of Directors and an Advisory Board composed by respectable professionals in the industry, including the General Manager of Procter and Gamble Europe, the former CFO of Gucci North America, the President of Patek Philippe Germany, the VP of Marketing and Product Development of Avon USA.

We are still their trusted adviser and also manage their entire manufacturing process in Italy, including the logistics to their points of sales.
