Mr. Romano has more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry.  He serves as a member of the board of two leading real estate development associations.  Also, he is presently serving as a board member in the Italian Federation of Industries.  In his career, he worked as a consultant to real estate developers, municipalities and governmental organizations.  Mr. Romano is based in Italy but frequently travels to North America.

Melissa works for the New York City office located in downtown Manhattan. She is a recent resident of New York City, having previously lived in South Florida. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Art History and a minor in Business from Florida International University in Miami. She enjoys volunteering and is involved with working with children.

Mr. Fiorini is a professional engineer with over 20 years experience in the field.  Prior to joining Change Group, he worked for a leading petro-chemical plant.  In his career, he worked in the real estate development, metallurgical industry and R&D of various design companies.  With Nantech, our related entity, he co-fathered the patent for the application of silver on glass.

Sergio Tejada is a Bolivian immigrant who moved to New York at a very young age.  Though I’ve spent my life moving back and forth from Bolivia to New York, I decided to pursue my career in the financial center of the world, New York.  I am an International Business Graduate from Baruch College, part of the City University of New York.  Though I am young, I am told to be wise beyond my years.  Life has thrown its many challenges and obstacles my way, though I believe they have made me a stronger man.  Living in New York and being self sufficient at a very young age has left me daring to believe in myself.  I have put myself through college working full-time and studying full-time, though I am lucky to have received unconditional support from my parents. I test myself everyday to learn and grow, to become a stronger person ready to conquer any challenges in my career or in my life.
