Basic is a program specifically developed for companies looking to ensure that new or re-assigned employees have adequate competences to (a) be fully-operative on their first day of work; and (b) improve the overall performance of their department or division by increasing their marginal contribution to the work environment and productivity. Although the program is based on a proven in-house methodology, it is completely tailored around the specific needs of each client.
