Family Workshop was developed to cover key-topics such as conflict resolution, workflow optimization, business succession and estate planning, multi-generations and overlapping generations modeling as well as control, governance and regulatory compliance. 

Additionally, the program can be adapted to address specific challenges or concerns as indicated by the participants or suggested by our group.

Family Workshop is structured as follows:

• On-site and off-site workshops
• On-line workshops and webinars
• Classes (college-level course approach)
• Work groups – homework assignments

The program also includes:

• One brainstorming session with some of CHG’s experts.
  The participants suggest a topic of particular interest or an actual problem/challenge of the family company.


• Two rounds of individual consultations.
  All family members joining the program will discuss with our team business and non-business related factors ranging from workflow, competence and responsibility to moral, motivation and compensation programs.
