Development From the moment a concept is born to its implementation we apply diverse methodologies to guide our clients throughout the process. However, what happens when the product or service is new, innovative, or unconventional? What if the demand must be created by necessity? What if the demand is not obvious? Change Group throughout its years of expertise in consulting has built an infrastructure which streamlines and understands the essence of this process. How is this important for the Eco-business? The fundamental belief of this new economy is in building processes which maximize output by delivering a better product and/or service retaining as much profit as possible using the least amount of resources. The most proven way to achieve this is by optimizing the engineering behind the work-flow process. From creation to distribution, Change Group has mastered this form of optimizing its resources which will allow the eco-business company to achieve the ultimate goal of renewable efforts. Steady growth and expansion in this new economy are essential to the ultimate goal of reducing our carbon emissions to the environment. We sub-divide growth into two critical parts, organic growth and in-organic growth. Each pertains to the expansion of a business, from its management, employees, and its products and/or services maintaining an eye on the prize – being eco-responsible. Organic Growth – This pertains to the internal growth of any organization, however, with a twist. We intend to maintain a consistent approach of efficiency through methods keeping the eco-business in-line with the goals set forth of optimizing output. Change Group can facilitate and support any and all internal growth needs by leveraging on our infrastructure. Our Group has the knowledge base of maximizing employees’ capacity utilization with a focus on self sustainability. In-organic Growth – We can refer to in-organic growth as simply being sales expansion. Though our Group does not “do the selling” we are experts in the design of sales mechanisms. In our years of consulting work, our challenges and successes have come by introducing and marketing new ideas into new markets. As such, our claim to success in this arena has been to formulate unique strategies to present, place, and create awareness for emerging products and/or services in new markets. Nothing else sets the stage quite like the present opportunity for growth and introduction of products and/or services that will help our eco-system. We are aware of the challenges in delivering this service through this new economy, though our experience and expertise has proven us to be successful in innovation and creation of selling concepts turned into reality. In today’s new economy building a strong corporate image along with awareness is the key to its success. How do we build an awareness which will coincide with the image? There are many ways an organization can approach this challenge. Though today, eco-businesses are presented with an entirely new challenge; designing a corporate image that builds on awareness towards the universal goal of reducing carbon emissions.
